If your first payment is due to Republic State Mortgage, you can log in and pay online using your loan number and the zip code for your property address.

Payments are available to process on or after the 25th of the month prior to your due date. For example, if your first payment is due the first of the month, you can login starting the 25th of the prior month.

Where can I find my 13-digit loan number?

Your 13-digit loan number is located at the top left of the First Payment Letter you received at closing.

What if I can’t log in with my 13-digit loan number and zip code?

Your first payment may not be due to us. Please reach out to your loan officer or email loanpayments@rsmc.net and we will provide a copy of your Goodbye Letter. This letter identifies who your loan has been sold to and includes the contact information for your new servicer.

Will I owe a payment to you next month too?

In most cases, we only accept the first loan payment. Your loan is typically sold to a new servicer shortly after closing, and all future payments will be directed to them.

I want to pay extra toward my principal — why won’t the system let me?

Our payment portal only accepts the total amount due. Once your loan transfers to your new servicer, you will be able to make additional principal payments through their system.

Can I pay with a credit card?

No. We are only able to accept payments from bank accounts. You will need your account and routing number to complete your payment online.

What if I don’t have paper checks? Can I still pay online?

Yes. You do not need paper checks to pay online. You will just need your bank account number and routing number, both of which can be found when you log in to your bank’s website or mobile app.

Who do I contact if I have questions about who my loan has been sold to?

Reach out to your Loan Officer Team or email loanpayments@rsmc.net and we will help you track down your Goodbye Letter with your new servicer’s information.
